The First Floor Great Hall is a turn-key event space for your next business dinner or cocktail reception. With seating for up to 150 guests, this unique space includes two large video screens that are PowerPoint and DVD ready. There is a built-in sound system with wireless microphones in this space. Our Fourth Floor Loft is also a great option for larger daytime business meetings with ample space for your meeting set-up as well as space for lunch and breakout sessions.
For the convenience of business professionals, the Frazier Museum is happy to offer continental breakfast, beverage and box lunch options, as well as linen and A/V rentals to simplify your planning. Wireless Internet is available at no additional fee upon request.
All daytime business meeting rentals include access to the museum’s galleries for your guests, which includes admission to all temporary exhibitions the museum may be hosting.
For larger evening events, our Fourth Floor Loft can seat up to 360 guests.
Holiday Parties
Please inquire about our holiday party packages. For the convenience of the planner, we have plated and buffet holiday menu options from Masterson’s Catering, which include everything from a delicious dinner to the linens and centerpieces. We have entertainment options available, as well, including live holiday music performed by Commonwealth Musicians.
Proms/Dances
Host your schools next prom or dance at the Frazier Museum. Our First Floor Great Hall and Fourth Floor Loft both include large, permanent hardwood dance areas. We have drink, snack and linen rental options available to make your planning as simple as possible. We also have paper lanterns available for rent to add to your prom’s décor.
